RV RONCATO products are made with the utmost attention to materials and details.
If, despite the high quality standards of production that we require to maintain, a defect appears on the product during the warranty period, the repair or replacement of the item will be carried out by and at the expense of Valigeria Roncato.
Valigeria Roncato guarantees its products for 2 years, unless otherwise indicated, against any defects in the material and/or against any manufacturing defects.
In the presence of any defects in the material and/or any manufacturing defects, the buyer must send the item to the nearest Roncato Service Center, Dealer or RV Retailer, attaching the warranty certificate, completed in its entirety (dated and stamped by the dealer), together with the receipt.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, negligence, misuse of the product, exposure to extreme temperatures, abrasions, damage caused by contact of the product with acids, solvents, water, as well as transport damage caused by carriers and accidents. The warranty does not cover any inappropriate use of the product, such as failure to comply with the maximum guaranteed flow rates for each type of product found in the table on page Product Testing of our site.

If the baggage or a part of it needs to be replaced and the spare part, or the entire product, is no longer available in the colour or model*, Valigeria Roncato will replace it with an equivalent product or spare part. We ask the courtesy not to send the product directly to Valigeria Roncato as all repairs are managed exclusively by the service centers in the area, sending it to the headquarters in Valigeria Roncato will only delay its repair. The costs of sending the product to the Service Center are borne by the customer, including (but not limited to) packaging, shipping and applicable taxes. The Warranty covers only the value of the product and not its contents. Built-in locks protect the product from accidental opening, but they cannot prevent theft, or prevent the contents of the baggage from being picked up or forced or searched by airline, airport or government personnel.
IMPORTANT: IT IS ESSENTIAL TO VERIFY YOUR BAGGAGE AT THE TIME IT IS DELIVERED BY A CARRIER. IF DAMAGE IS FOUND, A COMPLAINT MUST BE FILED WITH THE CARRIER (WHICH IS INSURED AGAINST DAMAGE TO PASSENGERS' LUGGAGE) AT THE PLACE OF ARRIVAL, POSSIBLY BEFORE PASSING THROUGH CUSTOMS.
The item damaged for the aforementioned causes can still be entrusted to one of our Service Centres, Dealers or Resellers who will estimate the cost of the repair, at the expense of the user. Any defects in materials or workmanship found by the purchaser after the warranty has expired, may be repaired, at his expense, as long as the part to be replaced is available.
This warranty does not limit your rights under the law of the country in which you purchased the product.
Valigeria Roncato may change the production specifications, colours and models of each product without prior notice.
* Spare parts for limited edition products are not guaranteed in the original colours.
